I dont have an account!
Go to help center > Contact Admin Form > Fill the form, your full name, email and the issue then submit. The admin will create a partial account for you then send you the credentials through your email after that you will update them in the dashboard after you have logged in. Or he might send you the invitation link to the signup page. Check your Email.
How do I update my profile?
Go to your dashboard > Profile > Edit Profile. You can update your name, phone, photo, and more.
What if I forget my password?
Please contact the administrator or support team to reset your password.
How can I send a contact message?
Use the “Contact Us” section in the dashboard. Fill in your name, email, and message. We’ll reply via email.
Why is the form not submitting?
Make sure all required fields are filled. Check for error messages or try refreshing the page.
Where can I view feedback and messages?
From the left sidebar, go to “Feedback” or “Contacts” to see all user messages and submissions.
